We started using Javier and Rafael as vets for our Bearded Collie, Ben, and our six cats in December 2013. They always treated our pets with great care and respect, especially toward the end of Ben’s life in 2019. In late 2019, we moved to Sidcup where we maintained Javier and Rafael as our vets until they sadly left in mid-2020. Thank you, Javier and Rafael, for your professional caring service over the years.

Mr Rafael Garrido was our vet for six years. He looked after our Jack Russell ‘ Jock ‘, who was the oldest dog on the client list. Rafael is a wonderful vet who is so kind and caring. Unfortunately, we lost our beloved Jock in 2020, the pandemic year, which was hard for everyone. However, I am looking forward to meeting Rafael again and introducing him to my new doggie companion, ‘Lucky’.

As vets, both Rafa and Javier are outstanding. They are both very knowledgeable and it really is all about the animals' welfare. The compassion they show to our pets is lovely and they also extend this to the owners when things aren't going great. They seem to understand fully they aren't just our pets, they are our family.

She came home one day with a facial wound which needed treatment again the understanding of her needs was met with kind words and a smile.
